Message	From the extensive reading and observing I've done with the LS1 swaps, I've seen a trend with those who choose this route. Its almost always budget related i.e. they don't have the cash to play with their respective motor/tranny setup so look to the LS1 as their savior. Then, they sprinkle the forums with the BS that the cheap engine is Gods gift to mankind. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm a "purist", but I would definitely say that any engine swap, especially a Chevy swap, into this timeless chassis is stupid. ********
